I saw lots of similar effects out there, so please don't feel rip 
. The idea came to me while ready December 04 issue of photoshop magazine. There's a little tutorial on lightning in there. I simply used a psp image instead of a chair. then i added the "psp within the psp" thing to make it look nicer. This wallpaper works pretty well if you have the red theme enable.
